• 15:18: 14 or 15 years old can clean their room BUT it takes a lot of training & disciplinary. If she is getting by during the week, she just wants peace. Also, being a single working mom has to carry tons of masculine energy. Again, having a clean & tidy house gives most moms peace. I hate clutter but my husband & kids are hoarders & messy. Also, single moms use weekend to catch up errands or the following week will be disaster. It's not like she doesn't want to relax but her life is hectic af.

  I have an absent husband who has checked out physically, emotionally & mentally as well as is financially abusive. I am basically a married single mom & widow.

  I can't even get my 16 years old to take a shower daily even I remind them often.

  I do dishes & clean the kitchen every night but my teens eat so slow. Therefore, I ask them when they finish their meal, they need to rinse the dishes, put them inside the dishwasher & turn on the dishwasher if it's full (I even put the dish detergent in). Next morning, 8 out 10 times, I still see a pile of dirty dishes in the sink & the dishwasher has dirty dishes.
