    I am 42 years old single mum living in California I’m hoping to retire at 50 if things keep going well for me. Bought my first house last month and I can’t be more proud than I am right now. I am so glad I made good decisions about my finances that changed me forever.

    Dont forget a womans cycle – we move in cycles! Especially phase 2 n 3 r ‘feel good’ weeks. Let me explain:
    Phase 1 = menstrual, archetype old woman/winter, low energy, insights, ideas.
    Phase 2 = dynamic, archetype virgin/spring, energy boost, efficient, logic, quick.
    Phase 3 = ovulating, archetype lover/summer, relationships, romantic, creativity, imagination.
    Phase 4 = pre-menstrual, archetype witch/fall, critical, details, creativity.

      Im in phase 4 tired of the fake people around me. Phase 1 felt like I wanted to slash his tires. I showed God’s love through me just to get his reply… I’m not ready to give what you are willing to offer. I said, ok! Then left feeling happy. Told myself don’t cry. Got home cried like a baby. Then felt like a villain ready to unleash my powers on him. Then talked about it to my mom how crazy my mind gets when I feel hurt by someone. Thanks mom for listening.

      @@mmc4214 thats something 4 me to dive into once I reach that phase in my being. Its really a shame how oblivious we r in the West to these nuances… Im not aware of any readily available knowledge of this females life phase. Sure menopause is somehow dealt with, but after? – as if she ceases to exist once productive age is over.

    Meditation heals my mind and changes the script of my internal conversation I have with myself. Yoga and walking helps me feel like I am more connected an aware of what my body needs and wants. Journalling helps me connect my relationship with God who is my moral compass and Father. I found and connected to my aithentic self over the last 3 years by creating a mind body spiritual practice. I literally visioned a more beautiful peaceful self and joy flooded my essence.

    Exercise leads the way for me. It lifts my spirits and makes me feel more attractive. It also calms my anxiety, which is pretty high right now as my 93 year old mom is in hospice.

    For a long time I focused on what I lacked. God showed me I had so much in great abundance. I shifted my thinking and started to be grateful by speaking it aloud. And for the things I didn’t like about myself aesthetically, I told myself I could work on them. It’s crazy because I’m ba naturally magnetic person and people gravitate towards me all the time. But inwardly, I didn’t see or believe it for myself. Now, I own it and declare it🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾. Thank you Matt for reinforcing this!
