• Women can be visual too like men of course, but SELF-CONTROL goes a long way. Looks do not equate to quality.

• If people whether guys or female want to keep using these same excuses I hear over and over to not pursue anyone or take their precious time..they end up single or stuck in toxic cycles due to just settling. They may as well stop having hopes for any genuine relationship with anyone. Excuses, fears keep people going nowhere.

It's far less stress to get a coffee or milkshake and more natural - there is a difference between testing waters though and then actually making decision to make a date down the track (regardless the length of time/quantity).

• Whew! Dating has not been easy. I definitely understand all of this. I flipped the script and was just me. People will use you. Sigh. For some, it's just not a match. I've learned to continue to work on myself until til the right person I was meant to be with comes along. I'm not holding my breath by the way.

• Not showing interest in someone is a huge mistake. If a man I've been talking to you and we've gone out on dates and we laughed on the phone etc... but he if he doesn't show interest in me. As far as getting the attention and keeping in touch with me, I'm going to think the complete opposite that something is wrong and he's just not that into me and it's going to push me away. So if he's interested in being really interested in me, he needs to let me know otherwise a potential relationship is going to fail. You are so right about that Stephan.
