I had to leave my guy because when I made the hard question what are we? He basically wanted to me to stay in a situationship according to him because he wasn’t ready for a commitment, I loved this man with my entire soul and I had to let him go.

Thank you for message. I developed a severe case of hives while in a very stressful toxic relationship. When I ended that relationship and moved to a new city, the hives went completely away without any medication. I am convinced there is a clear connection between stress and healthy well being.

Lol! I can recommend you the book ‘Dodging Energy Vampires’ by Christiane Northrup. In it she describes the physical effects for many people who are in relationships with chronic ‘takers’. She also provides some healing strategies.

    • @ninap9np says:

@lambchop6278  thanks even though it was a while ago & I’m at a happy place but very intriguing, so will have a read as you can always learn something new, many thanks!

So true! It took me 18 years to walk away from my relationship.

  • @JB_77777 says:

As Always. You come right on time – as God attended. Thank you for the reminder, unfolding, unlearning, then reprogramming, relearning myself to make a better future for me.

  • @mimiaquariusharris6244 says:

I have a good example of a Dead End relationship. I was with this guy for far too many years, I’m to embarrassed to say how many. He came by one evening showed me a set of engagement rings they were beautiful and that was that. A month later he was off on his honeymoon of course with someone else. When he returned he still had the nerve to think I was going to stay with him. It hurt but I’m so glad it was over.

  • @828firefly says:

Better to be rejected for who I am than accepted for who I’m not. It took me a long time to adopt this mantra but I stand by it in relationships of every sort. It’s difficult (if not impossible) to build authentic connection and intimacy when you aren’t being true to who yourself

  • @sheilawarner9550 says:

You are so right. After taking care of my husband through his cancer journey and death, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. My best friend was diagnosed with lung cancer when her husband died. Stress is a major factor I believe

  • @jordansjul says:

Stephan you’re awesome! Thank you for being that big brother we all wish we had! 💕
