11:22 is really important. Should have it's own video. Self-respect. Sets expectations. Clarity lowers anxiety & raises trust. So uncomfortable when questions aren't answered & unclear on basic info, yet difficult to immediately walk away cuz he's so cute.

That was so explicit and helpful. I remember when I was young being very aloof and it was less about not being vulnerable and more about really not knowing what to do, listening to peoples advice and eventually developing a habit. . Just clueless
