Oh, this is a good one. BOOST. Practices to boost my feminine energy: sit quietly in a pleasant space & have a cup of tea; walk in Natutre, gets me into my body; Earthing/grounding…supports, slows & calms my body.

Great video and although I am an older woman I re-remembered some of those points and to start applying them to my daily life. Thank you

  • @misslanapaulford says:

Fabulous video. As someone who always in and had to be in my masculine energy. It would be nice to be in my feminine energy. But it’s hard. ❤❤❤ Great Advice.😊

Receiving a massage with perfumed essential oils; practicing sports and meditation; doing my skincare and makeup every day, nothing too much… being as natural as can be with your hair and makeup is important

  • @katemiller5990 says:

Mat 🫣 yeow!! What a challenge. I can easily see myself saying to a partner, I am so in love with you! But to say it to myself?? That feels very strange! But it makes sense, why shouldn’t I be able to say that? Thank you for the challenge Mat 🙂

  • @ivylin8103 says:

  • @Mayfloweralways says:

For me there are different kinds of feminine energy. There is whether i feel feminine- that involves my hair, my body, my clothes and how i’m spending my time. Then there’s how i show up in my relationship- the way i interact. I walk over and put my arms around him for no reason until i feel him relax. I touch his face and smile. When we’re watching a movie, i gather my soft little blanket and lay in his lap. When he’s outside in the heat and mowing the grass, i bring him very cold bottled water and ask if he needs anything, and give him a kiss when he thinks he’s too sweaty to be touched. Etc…

  • @lynj9088 says:

    EXCELLENT Matt.
    Thank you so much!!!

  • @nanrachlin7891 says:

Great video, Mat. I believe that ACCEPTING yourself and APPRECIATING yourself is psychologically healthier than LOVING yourself. A subtle difference, but being in love with yourself is narcissistic.

  • @MariamSabaArt says:

Allowing myself to be unapologetically creative has been instrumental in supporting the health and development of my feminine energy. It comes out not just in paintings but in my clothes, dancing, how I do my makeup, my word choices in speech. Once I gave myself permission to be creative and allow others to see it, I’ve watched how and where it’s safe to be in my feminine and learned that it’s more acceptable than I imagined. Even invited and enjoyed. Peace and Light! 💜

  • @normadieterlen7632 says:

For me, it’s got to do with feeling cared for and attached within myself. One thing that throws this off is having crazy makers in my life 😡, people who disrespect my boundaries and put me in a protective place. I feel in my feminine when I am surrounded by people that I know are tuned into me and who I am safe with. Cause, then I get tuned into the real feminine and powerful me. ❤

  • @user-zo9pi3gj1x says:

Interesting. I agree with much of what you said and practice it. Because of life, I admit that I have become a little hard but I’m getting the softer Darlita back. Under the right circumstances and in the right relationships, she will. I’ve come to accept that part “with the right man, things will evolve. The wrong man will leave”.

  • @kristalynncreates says:

LOVE LIVE LOVE! The story about the co-workers under soft.

  • @buda2049 says:

Watching a romantic movie, whenever I feel my feminine energy is depleted I pick one of my favourite movies, put on my favourite PJ and voila …
    Thank you

  • @euphory says:
