  • Truths and the way people talk about their ex!!! A person you once loved…they don’t love them! List or some fantasy not love!! I married co. Man and although he did horrible things he doesn’t disgust me… he’s sick and will never heal from what I have seen and o have healed and accepted my part and never again!!! Funny after you heal…you don’t care and it doesn’t bother me to talk about my ex marriage or look at photos. I just want nothing to do with him and have blocked him from my life even with kids. I don’t allow his bs to touch me! I know so many people need to heal and know how to deal with ex and their manipulation! It takes a daily practice and not everyone has that priclage I did! I spend every day learning how to deal with toxic people! I buried him in my mind as that person never existed. All lies

• I believe that after every relationship, one should revisit it and be honest with themselves & work on areas that needs to be refined. Are you demanding? Are you possessive? Are you running them away? Do you complain a lot and run them away with your mouth? Do you talk to them or at them, there is a difference?

• If you decide to have sex early on in the relationship, make certain that if you do, you won’t have regrets should the relationship NOT TURN out the way you envision it. No guilt nor resentment towards him…..if you’re not capable of sexing without certain expectations, don’t do it! Ijs
