Love that you started with the truth…God.

  • @Smileyface-e2o says:

U are absolutely right God needs to be in every part of our lives I have messed up a few times wondering why things didn’t work out

  • @Smileyface-e2o says:

I totally understand wanted someone to be the one just to find out their not

  • @amadeagottlieb says:

I’m asking the Lord if I’m the right woman for him. Once I know that, I’ll have faith to go through the better and the worse, the sickness and the health.

    • @MeetStephanSpeaks says:

That’s another good question to ask

    • @nancylyons5697 says:

Please make sure he’s right for you. Not only if you’re right for him. ❤

    • @amadeagottlieb says:

@nancylyons Yes, I have boundaries. No porn, no violence, no drinking, must be a praying, Bible believing man. After that, if I love him it’s up to me to accept him as he is. The comments on Stephan’s videos are shocking to me, some women won’t put up with even mild irritations, let alone hardships and hurts.

    • @amadeagottlieb says:

      @@nancylyons5697 I ran a background check on him. It’s a definite no 😭.

    • @allone01 says:

@meetstephanspeaks did you make a video on how to get prepared for marriage instead of doing the bf gf thing?

  • @helenward77 says:

The Book of Ruth is one of my favorites. She made it known to Boaz that she was interested (she made sure to bathe and look good first 😉) , but she waited on his answer. Granted, Boaz was already good to her by indirectly providing for her, but he saw her faithfulness to The Lord so it wasn’t hard for him to drip with love and become her husband. No dating. Just shacking up in the tent and bam…. married. 😅

  • @MyStoryForGodsGlory says:

I’m 42 and it’s been almost 8 years since I’ve had a relationship, dated, or had sexual relations.

The best thing I ever did was put the brakes on my promiscuous ways and to get right with the Lord. My obedience to God has saved me so much heartbreak, trauma, and drama. These gf/bf situationships are a worldly standard, a gray area, where marital benefits are expected without a real commitment. Never again. I discovered there was a lot of healing that needed to happen before I could even think about getting entangled with a man. Yes, sometimes I get a little lonely but would rather remain single for the rest of my days than to be in another toxic relationship. I was never married and the thought of being committed for life was really scary but God showed me His design and it’s truly beautiful.

I once was blind but now I see, all glory to God 🙏💕

  • @pameladjackson9088 says:

@ Stephan ,Holy Spirit has spoken through you in your message .
    Thank you .
    “Let the healing begin”

  • @VCD512 says:

Stephen!!! That prayer works!! lol!! 😂. I have adverted some disasters. Hindsight is a motha! As soon as I ask this, I get a sign within 48 hours!! There have been many times I’ve ignored it..lol! Now that I’m in my 50s. I see dating so differently. Men my age and older are either newly divorced, half dead, depleted, trying to be 25, Mean and bitter…i can go on and on..I can take it or leave it. I really like being by myself…I hate that it took me hitting my 50s to truly appreciate who I am and the woman I have become. I love this space. No thirst here. I’m fully hydrated!! 😂😂😂😂

    • @MeetStephanSpeaks says:

I’m happy to hear that 🙏

    • @DanielleO-oq6mx says:

  • @agnesemoedofu says:

I love that you’re more intentional about spirituality in your teachings. I must say that all of your teachings are amazing just as you are💐

  • @Petra.80 says:

Boaz met Ruth in the field and found her attractive, then brought some food for her and her mother-in-law… That was a greenlight… 😊

  • @oweber2160 says:

Wow! I won’t lie, this felt personal. I was having an emotional struggle the other day. I’m 36, childless but on a self discovery journey to resolve my deficiencies so I can be better for me first so I can be great for my husband that God finds me

  • @heather7119 says:

The only relationship God is concerned about is the one that leads to marriage, not long term boyfriend/girlfriend. Excellent point !

  • @HeyokaGirlSpeaks says:

God comes to me through dreams and feelings, never through a voice. I am very high energy spiritually. Stephan, I look forward to the follow-up on this, and I hope you will discuss that not everyone may hear a voice. I never have, and yet I routinely hear from the Lord. ❤ 💯 Truth.

  • @lisajohnson6825 says:

Once you ask, He will reveal the answer. I asked God, and he gave me the confirmation I needed. Thank you Lord!🙏🏻🙏🏻❤❤

  • @viviantejada says:

Love hearing this. In Islam there’s no gf/bf relationships. We’re friends or husband and wife, no in between. Seems restrictive, but really it’s protection.

  • @TanyaOden says:

Great video! The story of Ruth presenting herself and expressing interest in Boaz is a good example of a woman expressing her feelings. However, the story of God taking a rib from Adam and creating Eve and “brought HER unto the man” is an even better one!! That tells me, when God is involved is a done deal! The relationship will work! In addition the MAN (Adam) recognized his WIFE! How did he know that? Adam was asleep but he KNEW she was the one!! And they become one flesh! I’m paraphrasing (Genesis 2: 22-25).

Side Note: I’m in no way a Bible scholar but I am a Believer and I do pray, read, study, listen to the Word etc. learning and growing daily and that example came to mind. Thank you for pointing out that there is no boyfriend/girlfriend relationships in the Bible. I never thought about that! Eliminating that in today’s world would cut out so much drama, trauma, hurt and healing. Also, I got tickled when you were talking about the the singing in church. LOL. I’ve seen folks doing the most: hollering, crying, falling out on stage, being dramatic (basically acting and pretending) and won’t even part their lips to speak to you so I pay them no attention. Sorry not sorry. Anyhoo, In the meanwhile, I’ll continue to work on improving myself: getting closer to God, healing, hitting the gym, working on my purpose, etc.The waiting time will not be wasted!

  • @AbrahamKingston says:

Nobody is perfect. Relationships are hard, But I’ve figured out that there’s always a way to fix things when there’s a problem. Five years back, my wife and I were on the brink of divorce because of issues in our marriage, but we found a way to fix them. It was hard, but we made it through.

    • @GodfreyKelz says:

I genuinely want to find happiness as well. I’ve got someone special in my life, and even though we’re not together at the moment, I can’t picture my life without her; my love for her is solid. I really want her back, and I’m all in to make it work. We’ve tried different things, like therapy, to fix stuff.

    • @AbrahamKingston says:

Saying goodbye to someone you cherish is consistently difficult, yet in my case, I received support from a spiritual advisor who kept my marriage intact. Her name is Suzanne Ann Walters.

    • @GodfreyKelz says:

I value this advice. I’ll promptly look her up online. Thank you. I’m optimistic that following this path will bring about positive outcomes for me too; I long for her deeply.

    • @AbrahamKingston says:

You should… I promise you will not regret it

  • @giavannamom87 says:

God told me yes about the guy but he told me to wait but I’m the problem I want to push play but holy spirit gave me instructions to wait, and even the guy I’m talking to said to me he isn’t ready but he does want to marry me and don’t want to cease talking to me. But I’m like naw let’s push play. God kept telling me he’s making me a patient and praying woman. And even confirmed it to my mom who is a seasoned woman, and a woman of God. Help me Jesus to have patience

  • @baishakhidas5530 says:

Is this the man for me?
    How do I now proceed?
Is there anything that I have to resolve or remove?
Should I express my feelings to him?
Is this man where he needs to be spiritually?

  • @aliciabrown6679 says:

This was so powerful! What resonated most was the part about men worshipping differently than women. Dang, I didn’t realize that misalignment could carry so much misunderstanding. This affirms why I still maintain that a man’s relationship with the Lord is one of the things that matters most. This vid is worth saving, sharing and referencing! Thanks Stephan!
