Yes, clean hair and clean overall self is good. But also, there must be something up if it smells like onions, maybe your guys’s chemistry didn’t match up. There’s a lot of science about if we like or dislike someone’s natural scent/their sweat or odor. Maybe it just wasn’t meant to be!

I had a guy do this to me once in my 20s. He low key tried to sneak a sniff of the top of my head in an awkward way. I thought it was weird and made me super self conscious.

Be clean ladies, BE CLEAN.
stinky scalp syndrome is a real thing, and it’s hard to get rid of. Even after freshly washing my hair/scalp it only took a few hours for the stink to come back. It took almost a year to get rid of it, and I’m vigilant to treat it as soon as I notice it’s back.
Do some research on treatments. Not every one works for everyone, and you might have to try several before you find the right one for you.
Aohw, Matt – just 1 day and onions?! Ew – was she a chef? Did she cook with or grow those in her garden? Gross. Poor girl. 1 day. I’m lucky my hair still smells Pantene like 2-3 days in, if needs be.
I think this speaks to hygiene in general. Nobody likes cuddling up to somebody with BO. But as grown ups, we can take better care of ourselves. Right?

Sweat smells! See the Dr and find out why it smells. There are scalp diseases we don’t realize, we might have.
