• Speaking of what Stephan said about speaking to both men and women, I got started on Stephan's videos after I saw a Facebook post from a female high school classmate that had a quote from Stephan's book, "The Man God Has For You". I decided to look him up on YouTube, if I recall correctly. I didn't discover his channel for men until sometime later.

• i want love but im also happy that no one is going to dissappoint me like i see happening to everyone around me

• I'm ready. I've lived alone for 8.5 yrs! It took a while (stayed single & celibate many a times. I don't want to waste what's left of my youth), but I'm ready to share my space & time .. w the right ONE.

• I felt this connection with a man, but I'm still afraid of vulnerability and I run away...I want to flush these fears out.

• I knew I wasn’t ready for a relationship because I knew and know that I still need healing from my previous relationship and trauma! If I jump into a relationship still being broken inside I will only find myself in an abusive relationship/ environment. Healing is a mental process, emotional process! Spending time with God, and church helps! That is where I find my peace, my identity is in Jesus and sometimes we have to go back to God to him to heal us, to restore us, only he can help us and give us what we want. Internal peace is so important and if we don’t have that you are not a healthy you and you cannot be for someone else. Growth is from within, healing is from within, maturing is from within, this wounds need to be heal in order to be and become the best version of ourselves. It takes time, healing takes time beautiful things take time! God is good!

• That first point hit me hard. That’s what my ex was doing. He enjoyed his freedom and also now that I think about it, he never was ready for a relationship because he’s still stuck on the past. He was not willing.

• Well..I can't speak for nobody else, but I can most definetly say at my age I know EXACTLY whom I am..I have many people who try to advise me to do things opposite of what I know I want and need, and usually they are disappointed, because I know what is best for me.
