• I met an immature man who did not have his priorities straight. He was very reactive, easily triggered, and was not interested in change. Trust me, he will not show up for you and only cause you grief.!

  • ...I knew one of these ...AND it CAN often mean " he's a " bad guy ".... damaged and damages other people.

  • Sometime self centered not 'interested' in anything unless self serving and on a transactional level, you just a human commodity without effort/investment.

• That's most men, unfortunately. Most men are still under mommies wings. Moms start raising men and stop cuddling your sons. You are just hurting them!
  As a single mom, I raised my son to be a man who can be the future husband of his wife. I don't need my son to place me first. I need him to place his wife first so they can build together.
  Pathetic how many mothers ruin their sons' lives, intentionally!

• This is hitting a few points for me.

  Went through some mental health issues over the last year, and at first I wasn’t aware of it until I headed for counselling. We found that I had become stuck and demotivated from being in a shitty dead end job.

  There were other things to factor in, but by the time I had realised, it was too late to save our relationship.

  So here I am, having ditched that old job, got a new one where I earn twice as much, living with my parents for the moment, but this time, I’m a man with a plan. I am 94.14% of the way towards the target so I can buy myself a house in July 2025, and budgeted everything so I can go take care of all my bills. (So many bank accounts for the various bills)

  I feel and hope that I have turned a corner and become a better man.

  Doing the work can be hard. I feels like steering a massive ship, but it is possible. 🙏🏻

• This is how my ex is. Financially unstable at 45, constantly calling out of work or working less than his scheduled 40 hours a week, always shifted the blame when issues arose in our relationship onto me, claimed that he didn't need therapy and could actually be a therapist himself, etc.

  • They want you to be perfect so they can be the screw up. Somehow this is less work for them
