This kind of contradicts what he said before which was to make it a great of a date as you can with every guy you go out with. That implies put deliberate effort into it which DOES involve some “best behavior” kind of acting , if you will .
I have a habit of simply observing and taking in information, while being very real. Unfortunately it takes me a few times to take in information and then I’ve spent too much time with the guy and he’s become a habit. Sometimes a bad habit. Guys hide a lot of crap. I’m always assessing. I just wish there was a way I could do it quicker. Like first coffee or lunch. Or before.
You are right. I concede that when I was much younger, I’d go off of physical attraction alone instead of physical attraction and whether I liked him….and it blew up in my face several times. The men I am in love now…yes there are two (I’m not involved with both but it’s complicated). I can wholeheartedly say that I really like them and their personalities, as well as being IN love with them. I know that either one I go with, the relationship will last because it’s based on friendship.
