It's true that in italy we're lucky that a lot of girls (unless they live in the biggest cities) have low body counts. It's not uncommon for a girl to have had only 3-4 boyfriends at 23-24. Also for the majority of girls in italy one-night-stands are not a thing. The process is usually more like "let's be friends for a month at least and if we like each other we start dating" at that age. There's a lot of b1tch-shaming here. Also, that's because italian guys are pussi3s and they will not flirt with a girl if it's more than a 8/10. Plus, average age for moving out from your parents in italy is like 28yo.
