One thing surprises and shocks me every time, that people have so much free time that they could go to a party within a few hours. Don’t those people have plans and duties? Weekdays aren’t usually full from 6am to 9pm?
Our family gathering needs a lot of collation; this saturday ain’t good for him, sunday ain’t good for her, the next weekend others are of town, the following weekend my GF’s family have gathering, the next weekend others got sick…

London is not England. It is its own country and culture. I am an Englishman and when I ask my friends if they want chill at my place, they’ll come.

Curious if anyone who has lived in both Buenos Aires and Barcelona find this to be the same?
