As a health practitioner, I often emphasize to “be your own best advocate- RELENTLESSLY” when it comes to your health care. Thank you for airing this very educational and important topic.

Wow! I cried with you Ashley on how loved and cared for you felt when Laterras cleaned up your accident. I felt that care for you. I used to suffer in this way….I would be so embarrassed. Currently trying to shrink fibroids. Went to the doctor last year after a terrible migraine and nausea. I do not want surgery. April will be 1 year I have changed my diet but I need to do more re the vitamins intake and more exercise.

This is one episode I have enjoyed and has reinforced my strength to fight.
