I love how he complimented her, and gave her a man’s perspective ❤
while he’s wearing glasses…..
I think her glasses were more of a fashion statement that were as big as her face. I think that’s why she was told she’s using them to hide behind. The coach on the show did suggest that she wear normal frames that weren’t so over to the top.@
@@roka2031it wasn’t about the glasses per say, it was about the style of the glasses she wore.
I love Lori’s personality! I also loved how the conversation flowed. I pray her person is watching. ❤
Her glasses were on point! I do agree with you though, LT. She looks much better without them. I hope she finds love/her husband.
She definitely looks much better without them.
“DATE PEOPLE WHO ARE ALIGNED WITH YOU.” At the time I’m writing this, this interview is not even half way over, but I already know that even though the rest of this conversation is going to hold my undivided attention, and many other relationship/dating nuggets are going to be dropped, that particular nugget that Laterras threw out there caused all kinds of light bulbs to go off, and it is going to resonate with me for s good long time.
That one phrase has greatly diminished my fears and anxieties about not measuring up financially, academically, chronologically or appearance wise with the man I develop strong feelings for. I’m a 65++ Senior and the feelings of insecurity that come with some women my age when it comes to dating have been diminished. As long as I am “INTENTIONAL” from now on, and only date a man who I’m “aligned’ to, there will be no insecurities or doubts about whether we are going to be compatible or equally yoked. This conversation has proven to be another great Therapy Session, free of charge. Thanks Laterras…..👍👍👍
💯🎉
I speak blessing and divine alignment for you and your future purpose partner in Jesus Name.
Such a light-hearted, refreshing conversation! Enjoyed the show and getting to know Lori better through this episode. She has a beautiful soul and is deserving of Gods BEST❤
Later Daters was absolutely an amazing show. This was a great interview. Seeing Lori in this capacity allowed me to see her in a different light which I truly enjoyed seeing her fun side. She’s definitely a whole vibe
I saw this woman on netflix and they say to her that she has to dim a litlle bit, and my sensitive soul cried about it. Because she don’t need to dim her lightfor tthe right people.
I LOVE her without the glasses! She is too stunning to hide behind them all the time! Plus this does soften her energy!
Me too but she rejected the glasses feedback from the coach. Glad to she finally came around 😊
I see she listened and opened up to advice and considered it. It could be from time to time for the glasses!
This episode has me putting Later Daters on my watch list. I love Ms Lori’s personality; and she reminds me of my aunt who is no longer with us. I image she’d be exactly like Lori if she were still alive; and that’s vibrant, persistent, endearing, funny and beautiful. You two have a great brother and sister vibe. I love it! Thanks for sharing.
Mine too
It was a great watch and very different from other dating shows. If you watch Raady to love, love is blind, is SO much better and mature!!!!
Happy binging!
@dominquebrown4435
I saw the reviews summarizing the show. I gave Ready to Love two seasons: one to decide whether or not I like it; and the second to confirm my first decision. I decided after both, I don’t like RTL’s format. I’ve never very watched Love is Blind. I wanna say I tried watching it when it first can be out but I don’t remember. I must’ve slept through it when I watched, if I did actually watch it! LOL 😂 I heard Love is Blind is produced by the same people who produce Married at First Sight; and seeing the slow decline of that show, doesn’t inspire me to watch anything else they’re involved with. I’ll pass! LOL 😂
@pheoliasmith4325
She has me cracking up. I didn’t realize she goes to my church. Loved this episode ❤
I really was rooting for Lori on Later Daters, I binged watch it as well. I too, hope there is a season 2. It seems rough in these dating streets when you’re looking for someone of substance that’s right for you.
Wow! Lori you are the best👌 When she says she has no time I can relate. I wasted my best years trying to work on a difficult relationship and now I am left with no time or energy to waste on small, ridiculous stuff 😂. Thank you Laterras for another great episode🙏🏾🙏🏾
This was a great show! I can absolutely see the difference in her since the show. She has truly done her work, and I pray her person finds her soon! ❤
I LOVE THIS EPISODE! I love her!!! She’s so funny, sharp, smart, and straightforward. She doesn’t have time to play! Laterra should definitely have more older women on the show.
I really loved this episode. What I love about your show Laterras is the amount of people I had never heard of, but searched out after watching. I didn’t know Lori before, now I wanna read her book. Great conversation! Thank you!
Glad you enjoy it!
Thank you everyone for the love! ❣ I had an amazing time with my Boo Thing/Homie Laterras! 🤣
“Your strength doesn’t become a liability to them ”
That’s word.
👏🏼 🙌🏼
This was a refreshing show. I enjoyed hearing her story….congratulations on her new book!! Much needed about adult Adhd and Ocd. It was nice to see a mature woman featured on the show.
You did it again Laterras. Very timely, as I so appreciate the various age levels of the guests. In particular, the 50 and over population. There are so many women in this demographic that are phenomenally situated on ALL levels seeking, hoping and praying for their purpose partner. Continue the great and specific work of building the kingdom of God. Your are so precious and passionate. Thank you for your obedience and I pray for the continued anointing for this most needed and unique ministry for our Black families. 🙌🏿☝🏿🙏🏿💜🖤💜
I’m loving this already! 25 minutes in- I relate so much to Lori’s background. We are also the same age- shout out for the new 60🎉🎉 Great encouraging interview as usual.
