I agree with this video. This is actually a systemic problem in the west. I don't think Kobe Bryant was alpha though ... He became an LA Laker at age 18, won HS basketball championship at age 17. He had those r-word allegations though. Kobe was also not very good on Lakers for first two seasons and became an all-star in his 3rd season. He is a top five basketball player all time though, possible goat. Kobe needed to get along with the other all-stars on his team better and he would of won more. He needed to create an environment where people wanted to work with him.
Its not about his accomplishments in the NBA, more about his persona: „stubborn“ as hell in the beef with Shaq, cheating to Vanessa (she stayed with him) and the grape scandal, from which he came back stronger than ever.
