I agree with this video. This is actually a systemic problem in the west. I don’t think Kobe Bryant was alpha though … He became an LA Laker at age 18, won HS basketball championship at age 17. He had those r-word allegations though. Kobe was also not very good on Lakers for first two seasons and became an all-star in his 3rd season. He is a top five basketball player all time though, possible goat. Kobe needed to get along with the other all-stars on his team better and he would of won more. He needed to create an environment where people wanted to work with him.
