    I had a Swedish coworker once that explained it the following way: Swedes have drawers in their brains they can open and close at any time as long as they’ve got their days planned. One moment a Swede may be cold and closed off while he focuses on work, and an hour later, if the fun evening has been planned, he can become the life of the party. In other words, they aren’t as spontaneous, but when they have fun, they go all the way because they have prepared themselves for it.
