If you’re not currently in the habit of meeting women in real life (in fact, you find the idea of it totally daunting) you don’t need over complicated advice here, which will mean you overthink this, and ultimately don’t take the action you want (going to talk to her!)
Set yourself a mission to go out this week, and if you receive a strong signal from a woman (like eye contact and smiling!) ACT ON IT. It honestly doesn’t matter if your approach doesn’t go entirely smoothly, the win for you here is choosing to take action.

I used to be fixated on making her laugh by coming up with something witty to say as an opening line, but it usually sounded rehearsed, which repelled rather than attracted her. I really like the keep-it-simple philosophy. Less mental energy consumed and thus less nervousness on my part.
If a woman is smiling and making eye contact with you, you don’t need me to tell you this is a signal she’d like you to go and talk to her. What you need to do is decide to act on this signal. Whether or not the conversation with her goes smoothly, to be successful with women, you need to create a habit around taking action (not procrastinating!) ❤
