After three-plus decades of trying to date men and failing at it spectacularly, I started noticing women and realized that I was a lesbian. After five years of meeting women and figuring out what I want in a relationship, figuring out my gender presentation and sense of style, I got on a different, all-women dating app in August 2021. Two months later, I found an amazing human who appreciates my quirkiness, thinks I’m sexy and who I can talk to for 10-12 hours at a time on a date. Sometimes it’s not a man you need to manifest.

  • @cocotulle23 says:

I’m 29 and have been single my whole life. I’ve LOVED being single. I feel like I have so much time and love to spread to the world. I love the freedom, the flexibility, the ability to book a last-minute ticket to another country and not have to let anyone know about my whereabouts at any time. I love so much about this chapter, but I didn’t want it to last forever. Now I’m realizing most men my age who want a family have been taken and there is so much I don’t know about being in a relationship because I’ve never been in one. It seems like all of the men out there just want to hook up and not commit to anything. I’ve always dated all these years, but never found someone I liked enough to actually want to continue things with until this summer, but he said it always seemed that I wasn’t interested. I don’t even know what I did wrong. He wouldn’t talk about it. Ah, just thank you, Mat, for helping me catch up on all the things I never learned!!

  • @ladysafari01 says:

Not dated or been in a relationship since 2003! I just turned 50 in December and I am now ready for love.

  • @julieberg5951 says:

I have been single all my life actually never been in a relationship I think it has to do with my past when I started to notice Boys in high school I was always rejected and they mean about they would call me ugly and hurtful names and no one would ever like me and I was also extremely shy which didn’t help anyway I carry this over to Adulthood I thought Men would think the same as the boys so I basically became a recluse and developed social anxiety so here I am a 46 year old virgin, which you probably think is weird but Matt you have given me hope all the things you said certainly applied to my situation so thank you

  • @jennyhoman195 says:

I was absolutely done with men. I had been widowed young and my second marriage years later was abusive and damaging. I literally kept my head down and focused on work. The only social media I was on was Facebook and had a small circle only. I noticed that a guy kept commenting on a mutual friends post. We shared the same humor. It didn’t take long before we were engaging in conversations on our mutual friends page. Long story short…… we are the love of each other’s lives. It took him nearly a year to get me out on a date. A YEAR!!! can you imagine! It does happen ladies…. I’m 51 and absolute proof of it.

  • @katiepowell4772 says:

I’ve been single all my life and I’m 33 years old and am hoping & praying that 2022 is my year !!!

  • @shawanamrhodes says:

That is like me. I had a dream maybe 15 years ago that I was helping out an older lady who was getting married and in my dream my nephew was also getting married, and my age was in the middle, and I said in the dream, “Lord what about me?” Now, I am in my 40s and I have never been married nor had kids. That is something I have always wanted. I am at the point in my life where if it happens, it happens, but I am focused on living my best life regardless…

  • @alisongoodall4096 says:

I’ve been single for many years, and 9 months ago I started Matt’s Manifest Your Man program. I’ve been working on letting go of my past, and opening up to new possibilities, until I felt a really positive shift back in October. Then, a month later I had a really random meeting with a man in a queue outside my local chemist, and bam 💥!!! We’re now both amazed how well suited we are, and really excited about our future together! This stuff really works ladies! It very much feels the truth to me. I’m so grateful to Matt for this 🙏.

  • @lizzyo9029 says:

Thank you so much for this. I’m turning 35 next month and have had a very hard time dealing with being single after years of prayer, positivity, personal development, setting my self apart to prepare for this while still struggling to find my footing in life career wise. I am really hoping and believing 2022 is my year for true love and marriage and that I will enjoy the fruits of my many years of labor. I’m also relocating to a new state in belief that many of God’s promises will meet me there.

  • @erinhappy-go-lucky5040 says:

I listen to my intuition, step outside of my comfort zone, continue to believe in possibility, don’t have expectations for how he decides to show up, take things slow, and embrace life as it unfolds for me. It brings a wonderful feeling of inner peace. If I am triggered, I stop and asses what feelings/thoughts are coming up for me, feel/observe them, let them go, and come up with solutions(instead of feeding into fears.). When I do, while giving my person the benefit of the doubt(or seeing the best in them), it shows up as truth in my experience.

  • @footyfan101ful says:

I’m 27 and never been in a relationship before. At times I’m thinking maybe I’m not destined to be in a relationship. Now it’s time for me to open myself up and start looking for a guy. Stuff you social anxiety.

  • @cathrene. says:

I have been single for my entire life “NBSB” and I have always been thinking that maybe I am destined to be single forever but what Matt was explaining here gave me hope and made me realized that there is still a chance to finding that special connection that I really desire. I don’t really have any idea how to have an open heart but I will try to start being open. Good advice for the new year. Happy New Year!

    • @annac1345 says:

I’m 40 and have been single all my life. I honestly I have given up all hope as it’s easier to get on with life this way as hope only makes you come crashing down, and picking up the pieces each time gets harder and harder. I have managed 40 years alone and I’m sure I’ll manage however many years I have left on this planet alone as well. I’m used to my own company now 😃. I wish you all the best in your search though 🙏🏼.

    • @planetwalker798 says:

I was wondering the same. How to open up…

  • @cchangandco says:

When I was single I was both on the dating apps and also putting myself in real life situations to meet new people. I preferred to meet someone organically but in the end it didn’t matter. If you meet the love of your life and you’re happy, why does it matter how you meet? I met some great people online but ultimately met my husband while waiting for an Uber in Venice. 🙂 The key is staying open.
