I think you mean when you’re not affected by social inhibitors that cause a fight, flight, freeze, or fawn response during social interactions with the opposite sex.

The freeing feeling you get when people smoke weed or drink alcohol, but without the alcohol or the marijuana.

Social inhibitors are completely removed and you’re completely free.

I think that’s what you mean by “state”.
