This is on point! We can not waste our lives, period. Tomorrow is not promised, so we've gotta let go of what isn't healthy or propelling us to be our best.
Absolutely!
I’d be very careful with number 2. Unfortunately men commit and still want the ex, ppl do things outta spite and pride. It’s all about trying to make the ex jealous! Move with caution cuz a lot of ex’s are lingering, the doors are not always closed.
That is very wise advice🙏
Another thing I've noticed is that men or women can say "yes I'm okay with talking to my ex, we are friends" and then later decide that they do not want to.
Thank you for your feedback
You're welcome. I feel that, if we take the example of a guy, sometimes the guy will want to remain in contact and have a cordial or respectful friendship or even remain professional (at work), with their ex and as their current relationship progresses they see their girlfriend is uncomfortable with this and is faced with a choice (keep the friendship or risk losing the relationship) and inevitably after weighing it they choose the relationship they currently have. After all, in his mind, if the past did not work with his ex, how could a friendship?. So he gives up on that idea totally. @@MeetStephanSpeaks
Everytime I hear you I always get the energy to put myself on the pedestal thankyou.if he doesn't match my position he is not worth trying ❤
Thank you 🙏
Excellent Stephan. You are right on point … I’ve learned to detach more quickly than before, yet not move too hastily. Now I’m emotionally free to receive the right person..
That’s good to hear
" An ex dosen,t have to be the last person before you"BINGO ! as humans
we never stop learning ,absolutely Stephan ,real truths, thank you
Thank you for watching
I don't want to talk about any ex unless it is to encourage others what not to allow to be done to them. I see that when some people talk about their ex's they end up missing something, one little thing that ex did. Think first is it healthy. Test them first.🔥
That's really sad . Hope someone breaks his heart, they he did
I just had a break up over this. I told him so many times to cut her off because she kept trying to insert herself in our relationship. He has lied multiple times throughout our relationship and I forgave him for it thinking he was going to change for the better. Whenever I brought up my concerns to him, I was being “paranoid” and “overthinking.” I found out recently that he’s been in contact with her since the beginning of this year. He yelled at me for not letting him explain himself, not even realizing that what he did hurt me. I gave him everything and put him on a pedestal above everyone in my life. Now I’m just an empty, emotionless shell of myself.
About number 3. Some people cannot cut all contact with an ex because they have children together and are coparenting. New partner needs to be understanding of that and stay out of it. Relationships are built on trust. As long as they are not showing other signs of attachment.
If you have children together that's understandable because you gotta have a relationship with each other. Other than that you should have no ties, with your ex.
@@allendaniel7405agreed!!!! I had to deal with the sharing of a dog… thank god that’s over with
U right! Once you have experienced a level 10 anything less will leave a void
