• My avoidant ex-husband likes to strike up conversations with other women at the coffee shop (workers) or the soccer mom. I informed him that this is emotional cheating and that I didn't think it was right that he kept doing it, but he told his therapist that it was just something good in his life! (I looked at his phone's email). He believes that I am constantly upset and judgmental, although the way he did to me at home was was appalling.

• I’ve discussed, I’ve cried, I’ve screenshot evidence of inappropriate behavior, I have videos of inappropriate behavior and all I get is promises he’s going to seek help through therapy or take steps to keep certain situations at bay. I try not to look at phone because I KNOW I’m going to find something and I try to ignore my unhappiness about the situation, he’s says he’s moving out because I deserve better but has yet to go anywhere and I admit I don’t rush him either! But I’m tired of playing this game and we are happy together as long as I don’t find out what he’s doing when I’m not around and that’s crazy!😢

• I always felt that if you’re not happy about something, please start out with “I feel”! Never talk AT anyone, but TO everyone! Talking AT someone is demeaning, especially in a relationship! Talking TO someone and starting conversations with “I feel”, is better than starting a conversation with “You…”.

• A man flirting is disrespectful and should not be tolerated at all. Without respect by either side, what do you really have?

• What to do after you’ve told him in a (calm concerning voice, no anger, just concern)about a woman was into him(Cut feeling) I was told you’re crazy, there’s nothing going on… then you log into his phone account to pay his bill, at his request and see they’ve been messaging all day long for weeks, flirting, inappropriate jokes, finding out he’s gone to her home in the middle of the day( texting stops for 3 hrs) then texting picks back up hours later! He never told me he’d been to her house. Not to mention this woman is our young daughter’s COACH! After confronting, then he’s so sorry, knew you’d be mad if you knew, she’s just a friend! Okay AH!

  • I know it’s hard to break up with someone you care about, but men can only do what we allow them to. Set boundaries of what you will tolerate, and love yourself enough to stick to them. Be willing to walk. If he’s the one, he will respect your boundaries, show sorrow for his actions, change, find you and prove his love.🙏❤️
