    Sitting! ❤

  • @rezotydnic says:

    Why vs what.
Why sounds like an accusation. What asks for explanation.
My experience is learning to reframe sentences from ‘when you did or said this….’ to ‘i feel…..’ Taking a sentence from accusation to how it makes you feel doesn’t put blame on person you’re taking to.

This is fabulous! I’ll definitely be using the “what” vs. “why” in my interactions. Thanks so much ❤

Great advice that I’ll start putting into practice

Thank you for this. I will have to rethink before I react

  • @nevcbear says:

Great advice as always, Mat! Thank you.
I also like the idea of saying “What is happening for you right now?” to get clarification on what the other person is feeling or thinking.

    Thanks Matt!

  • @GabrielRaphle says:

    Nice one

  • @DashingPartyCrasher says:

Great advice for all kinds of relationships and interactions, as you say in the video. And I particularly like videos like this, that focuses on just one or two new things to master. Much easier to remember than lists of multiple things.
