• In the police report he never once said..."they" or "them"... him being jumped ain't gonna fly, cause he only implicated one person and he didn't say he was attacked, surrounded, afraid... none of that... he said "he put his hands on me" so you stabbed someone cause he put his hands on you.... unaware of that stabbing being fatal.

• Just cause he asked if he was OK doesn't mean he's not guilty, he just wanted to know what he's being charged with. I doubt he meant to kill him but I mean what do you expect? If you stab someone there's a very good chance that someone not only gets hurt but possibly dies. Karmelo is probably gonna get manslaughter.
