  • L.t Hargraves says:

Thank you Mr. Samuels! I agree with you 100 percent. I’m teaching my son’s the principles that you are teaching!

  • B G says:

I had this period in my late 20’s, bought a home, pre made meals, worked out and started dressing better more often, I went from 245 to 185, with that and my positive attitude when I’d go out I couldn’t keep em off me.

  • Damontier SmithMalone says:

New to this kind of content but I’ll be sticking around for a lot more.. Youngish, but I feel as though I’m headed in the right direction already.. Words can’t explain how grateful I am for this content!! Keep it coming brotha

  • No Phone says:

Despite listing to the advice from Sharpe, KS and others like them, I had ignored it and wanted things to fall on my lap without doing any of the work. I became lazy during the pandemic and started gaining weight, at first I blamed the gyms being closed but I could has worked out at home. After a gained 10KG I realized what I was doing and started working out every day and eating healthy, I am now the healthiest I have ever been, I was motivated to start my own projects that I had been thinking about doing for years but never lifted a finger to do anything and now I am taking to a female friend who doesn’t seem like she will waste my time like my previous relationship. Only time will tell but you have to put in the time and effort if you want something.

It isn’t guaranteed that you will succeed when you put time, effort and work into something, but it is guaranteed you will fail if you don’t.

  • Will B. Smooth says:

Say what you will about KS, but the man is motivational as hell.

  • Clint Hurtig says:

Im so gratefulfor guys like Donovan and Kevin putting out this free content. The red pill can be a hard to swallow, but it comes down to just accepting things for what they are. Thank you.

  • Shipwreck says:

TRUTH! 43, just bought my first home all me. I put in the work because I got to a point I had no choice and reinvented myself. We all need mentors and Kevin Samuels is legit! That comment about men seeking validation /male approval. Facts cause we see it younger men leasing sports cars to show off.

    • D.Will93 says:

Been saying this since I was a kid. I’m from Gary and every summer the clubs who get shot up. I always wonder way my dad told me niggas always looking for the wrong attention from other niggas.

  • bromack3 says:

I started Martial arts back in the 1970’s. I practiced quite heavily for 6 years. As I look back, martial arts gave me the foundation for believing in self improvement.

  • belief & balance says:

Self improvement is hardwork and takes time, dedication, and sacrifice to unlearn and relearn. I had to devolve inorder to evolve and elevate. My advice to men is to do the work but do it at a pace and in a space that works for you because we are all at different levels of healing and understanding. Love and blessings to the brotherhood.

  • James Calvin Jr says:

I’m 40 and will be 41 on Aug. 1st. Kevin is right about being 40. I get more attention from women and more respect from men than I did in 20’s and 30’s

    • DonDeMarco 1978 Karlsruhe says:

Same i am 42 years and women notice i am not their young simp.

    • Domi Domi says:

@DonDeMarco 1978 Karlsruhe I question the type of women y’all get attention from. Nobody my age is checking for men that old , especially without finances which most BM don’t have . Y’all weird

    • dallasbrat81 says:

@Domi Domi BM are doing fine in many parts of the country . AA gives every BM with a business opportunities to be suppliers . Corporate America is begging BM to take thei money

    • DonDeMarco 1978 Karlsruhe says:

      @Domi Domi I look 10 years younger that’s easy

    • deciuswtasby says:

@Domi Domi how old are you?

  • Andre Jones says:

My dad and boss told me that there’s no shortcut to manhood, but the rewards are worth the grind.

  • qwerty1994ize says:

When I turned 19, I was depressed, overweight broke and broken. Decided to sacrifice my early 20’s to figure out who I am.
I am now 26. Got a new gig making and I’m making 90 base. Thought out my journey, I was still dating women but never made them a priority.
Now it’s time to focus on my health. Looking back, I am glad I made that sacrifice. I am more balanced and grounded now. Fellas, it gets better. Focus on you and by the time you realize, you life will be more amazing.

    • Dnetwork7 says:

      you went into the military?

    • qwerty1994ize says:

      @Dnetwork7 nah. I’m into IT

    • YouknowhowIPlay says:

      Health always comes first

    • Strafez says:

Did you go to school? How did you figure out what you wanted to do? I’m 24 and stuck working warehouse jobs for now

    • qwerty1994ize says:

@Strafez can’t believe it’s been a year now but it’s a long story. In a nutshell , I just started to live my life being honest with myself with what I wanted – the type of life I wanted, the type of house , car, woman etc. And then I decided what it would take to live that kind of life. Wasn’t easy , but trust me. Best decision I ever made.

  • Willie Wilson III says:

This can be life changing if you really listen to what he is saying, and apply it to YOUR life! Everything takes TIME, WORK takes TIME!

  • Drewster says:

My dad was trying too tell me this in HS but I was a complete dumbass for not listening. Kevin always keeping it 💯 Once I applied a diet & workout plan I could stick too(6’4” 185lbs to 198lbs) My life got better with health, job, and especially women. The way they treated me from the end of HS, too rn at 23 is a night n day difference. “Discipline is freedom”🧠

  • Mister Man says:

All this is legit information that men should act on. Getting in shape and hitting the gym consistently not only improves your overall health but builds confidence. That confidence then starts to spread out amongst other areas of your life.

  • Darren Lobban says:

I just think the concept of being employed, having to answer to a higher authority, turning your time and energy into money teaches us everything you need to know about life.

  • PKD Orion says:

“Being honest with oneself is the hardest thing men and women can do – to have the humility to admit your deepest flaws and the confidence to not wallow in them and correct them. It is the reason few ever dare do it, and even fewer can ever succeed at it.”

  • LifeOn Earth says:

When Kevin basically said your 40s should be some of the best years of your life, I felt that. I’m 32 and building those foundations now, so I’m actually looking forward to the next decade; which should be really fun.

  • jayjegz says:

Why exactly did people hate this man?! He dishes out advice in its purest form and the main substance of his content is self development. RIP king 🙏🏾
