Which by logical extension your overflow to a man will be more love then he can love himself? This would ultimately mean no matter how much you love yourself you can never fullfil true love without a man?

This is perfect description of very toxic relationship. I came to see that so much of it come down to me seeing my worth and value, then started to teat myself accordingly. Respect the way I speak and what I speak to myself, what I think of myself then get into work and never betray my own self again, my confidence went up, got into best shapes in life, and I would not entertain someone who can’t love me better then I already treat myself. Because, I now know they can’t give me something they never give themself. When you heal and love yourself you’re also able to give love from the overflow you now have but you’ll always hold your standards high

This is very common actually, take note of what you said, “when he started to give you what it is you wanted, you lost respect for him enough to leave” meaning if he stayed exactly the way he was and didnt try to change, your messed up brain would of stayed with him.

We know this because you didnt leave when he cheated or because he cheated you left him because he changed.

Your curiosity would of still kept you interested had he remained himself.

Its true wen women give men advice about “just be yourself” you mean natural raw self not a person who will change to make the woman happy because it doesnt.

In reply to @ari9986. Try this, If you have earphones/earbuds on. Play the video on YouTube, press the power button on the phone once. And then try pressing play once on your earbuds. This worked for me with multiple earphones in most cases.
