• Unfortunately there are some emotionally immature men who have no idea what respect looks like in a relationship. Especially when they’ve only had toxic relationships lacking respect. You are 100%} correct look at their exs.

  Please can you do a video on why you say give people a chance once you point out a red flag or disrespect or boundary to them early on?

  • He explained that numerous times. He is saying that sometimes things may be a misunderstanding...or not what it appears to be...or other different little reasons. So he says address it Once. If it's not corrected or clarified or whatever, then you run.

    So that particular advice...I take kinda like...Yeah, I get it. I kinda agree...but I go by my gut and spirit. Only You Know You. So you know what red flags are a Definite No No. So this imo should only be applied to some things....not Every single red flag you see imo. I can give examples if you want. But we're all different...so we like and dislike different things.

    Like for example, if your partner beats on you out of anger, imo...that would be a Run for the hills type of red flag. Now, if you see the same red flag but not to that extent yet....so you see characteristics of him possibly being abusive...like him starting to be very emotionally abusive or him pushing you a little when he's upset or something like that, he's saying that maybe you should address it 1st. I'm saying If That's Not a No Tolerance for you.

    So you address that red flag once. If you see it again, then u bounce. Understand now?

    So basically, I kinda agree with him...but to a certain extent.

  • @@jayc5756 I do understand him I followed this and it just ended up in a lot of hurt. I saw the red flag (still talking to ex wife no kids) I addressed it was told it would stop completely. Months later I find out it never did. So going forward if I see a (major) red flag is it really worth addressing when more than likely if someone disrespects you straight away this is probably going to lead to hurt.

  • @@roxy7255 Idk. I can't answer that. That may be a red flag that someone else can address once and then it's fixed...but never know. So you just gotta use your discernment on that.

    But yes, I agree with you, sometimes you don't need to always address red flags 1st...because if things doesn't change, it ends up hurting you over again...and worst. So I Totally Agree with you on that. Just gotta follow your gut. Pray that you heal from the hurt he....well they put you through sis! 🙏
