• This is very true, a boring woman is also a woman who is not trying to bring more stress to the relationship.

• When I invest in the stock market, I don't look for something "exciting". I look for a nice boring investment with a high return.

• I've had two girlfriends say things along the lines of "I'm boring; I don't know why you even want to be with me." But that was great. It wasn't even that they were boring. They were more stable and emotionally controlled than many other women. I think women confuse stability for boring. I love a boring gal!

• Donovan decrcribed mature love as boring, I agree. He also described it as a grind. Not in a healthy, mature love. I am in my 60s with the same woman for decades. We have the occasional disagreement, but it is not a never ending grind. She took care of me during my illnesses. It might have been a grind to her. But she chose to stay with me. But also know there was an ending, which I'm happy to say I have greatly recovered from. It's very simple, she takes care of me & the kids as a job, and I take care of her & the kids, as a job.
