I use to be a member of DC3 and i remember Shanequa. From afar i always loved her spirit. I promise our stories are similar. From being a virgin, and being that “good girl” where i was just tired and then years later while waiting for marriage having to to make that decison at 43 after a 2nd opinion about a hysterectomy. I was a member then when i had the hysterectomy. I remember grieving this moment as well. Hearing her story really connected to me and i thank her for being transparent. Its alot of us out there with similar stories for sure.

I know, this Pastor King ruined the entire thing with his negativity toward this woman. Letting her know, maybe God doesn’t have another man for her. All while sitting there with his wife in tow and feeling good about his marriage, however, if anything (God forbid) happens to his “Good Thing”, where would his mind be? Would there be another Mrs. King? Would there be a replacement for her or would he just accept that God doesn’t want HIM to have anyone else, i.e. spend the rest of his life “widowed/single/celibate”???? I hate hypocrisy and negativity like this. I did not like this podcast at all because of this “pastor”.

These hormones be having me wanting to call up someone just like she did but I’m yet holding on. Had uterine fibroids removed 3 yrs ago. My uterus is here. Still have a desire for at least 2 kids and a husband. Whew!!!
