I have been to π³π± πΊπΈ delegate; I found most Dutch people who are actually Dutch, to be polite and friendly. I did find any instances of them to be rude at all. I was in Rotterdam and Amsterdam and people could not have been nicer. Of course I am also 6f1 and have blonde hair so that might help..

That explains some things about NYC. Having been a former Dutch colony, being direct and not wanting to waste time or money are def traits the British didn’t introduce π
