• If he loves you, he will never abandon you no matter what. If he keeps leaving and coming back, understand that it's not even about you. Men like this are generally very selfish. If he has to leave you to realize your value, he didn't appreciate you in the first place.
  Ladies, know your worth and never settle for games. If he leaves, consider it a blessing. Never chase him! I know because I made all the classic mistakes. He'd always come back eventually, but it was always the same bullshit. Remember the definition of insanity. It's doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got. Write down a list of qualities you expect from a man and never give your heart or body until you meet someone who encompasses those qualities.

• Sometimes when you "lose" someone, as far as dating is concerned, it's not always a loss. It could be God is protecting you from something you can't see because you are in love. I've been praying and drawing closer to God and I really appreciated that point.

• Thank you! It's so true. They definitely come back because you let them. They will waste YEARS of your life. For me, it's because I was weak and insecure. It wasn't even so much the actual time together, it was more the amount of time they lived in my headspace rent-free. That was the worst part. The years spent obsessively trying to do the right thing and beat myself up for not being enough. Once they see you are still an option, then they will manipulate you and push you to the back of the line. Ladies, please, do NOT let them. Block them from your phone and social media. Move on. Spend time with your family and friends. Pursue your passions and dreams. Travel. Meditate. You are enough, just as you are. The right one won't leave because he'll realize who he has the first time. The enemy of love isn't hate, it's apathy. It's taken me 44 years to realize it!

  • I can relate so much...I even attempted suicide because I couldn't take this mess anymore. He took everything from me in couple of years and decided to came back after 6 years when I finally get my sh*t together. Rn he has shitty life and I don't feel sorry for him cause he totally deserve this and I'm not planning to be his shoulder to cry on all over again. Luckily, karma always pays back.
