In January 2018, I was gifted a book called “Sacred Marriage” by Gary Thomas. Becoming one requires a level of holiness that only marriage can create in you. Each person is the mirror reflecting back that talks back. There are so many things that will push you into growth stages. Like servanthood. It is the out-serving part for me. How can I show you that loving you is loving me? The evidence of their becoming one is when a person meets you and meets your spouse at the same time without them ever entering the same space (the most beautiful thing I have ever witnessed).
For me, it’s my favorite line from the movie “The Choice,” “Come bother me, Baby” while he refuses to let me go if I am in a coma. If ever he is struggling to breathe, I am breathing for him…. Vice versus. If my heart is off beat, his heart sets the rhythm to get it back on track. It’s simply…being easy like Sunday morning.🙏🏽💜
We see why God introduced multiple languages to cause the people not to understand each other to build the tower of Babel. This also lets us know that when a couple is properly communicating and becoming one that there is nothing they cannot accomplish together. I’m looking forward to becoming one with my future husband.

This
