Learning about and adding boundaries, self-care, including inner work, and self-love have been freeing in a number of ways. Most of my life has been service (outward) focused, until recent years. I can see how all of this together will benefit my future husband and our marriage because of the way all of this is benefiting me and some of my other relationships now.
