I agree attraction is SO important. I dated guys that were good guys, they checked all the boxes, could provide for me financially… but I was not attracted to them. I’m glad I ended things because I wouldn’t have met my man. We are both SO attracted to each other and feels AMAZING.

Stephan said, “Don’t focus on what you don’t have, focus on what you should be doing.” So good! Shifting what I think about and focus on. Being mindful of the thoughts I’m entertaining, and learning how to develop healthy thinking habits. I’m working on this. Seems ongoing. Definitely worth it!

I am dating an older guy, 11 yrs older. I am 52. He is a very nice, hard working, caring and kind man. I have mixed emotions about him being an attractive man because his facial features gives away that he is an older man. However, I enjoy the time we spend together and I find myself questioning where things will go and if I could overcome the age bearer.
