Today is the anniversary of me coming home to an empty flat, my husband having packed his stuff and just left. No words. I didn’t expect a thing. The divorce process is still going and these 12 months have truly been the hardest I’ve ever lived through. But I’m alive, and I’m feeling, and I’m growing. Thank you for this video.

  • @rebeccamartinez6062 says:

Thank-YOU, for the information contained in this video! 🙏 My son’s birthday is SOON – he died two weeks after his birthday … 😭😭😭 … His death was investigated by the Robbery/Homicide Unit. He was my life, my love, EVERYTHING to ME … 😭😭😭 … I am trying to find my way back …

  • @howdoyahdo says:

    1. Remember you’re not alone
    2. Be patient with yourself
    3. Be awake and aware to what is the seed of good that could potentially be birthed through this experience.

Accepting your pass or circumstances weather good or bad is a stepping stone to healing and enjoying life!!🥰

The last18 months have been the hardest in my life. I left my relationship of 32 years and my Mum died from Alzheimers. I was just getting ready to go to bed when I realised that my Mum who had so much involvement in my soon to be 18 year old daughter’s life, would not be here to see her get her drivers license and I started to get upset but then thought no, just push through it, toughen up! Your video was perfect timing. I need to remember to be kind to myself, to accept that things will still upset me and that’s ok as long as I don’t live there.

My husband died 3 years age.I was 56. I truly never thought I’d be a widow at 56. All the dreams and the future we hoped for ended. I am moving forward. I am even ready to find love again. I learned I’ll never forget, but that there are still blessings in life. Gina

This is perfect timing since I lost my Dad today. He passed this afternoon. Thank you Matt.

  • @magda1697 says:

Mat I’ve been watching your videos for quite some time, your work is incredible. I am truly amazed by the fact that you posted this video during a really tough period of time for me, probably the toughest one in my life so far, since a person I deeply love and care for is at the hospital with severe health problems. I can only see this coincidence as a blessing. Accepting and not resisting the idea is so so hard, just impossible. Thank you very much for sharing this.

  • @valeriemcdonald8481 says:

Beautiful. Going through steps to get back on my feet after a few hardships. Am finding tbe steps hard, and am upset with myself for being discouraged. I know i am walking towards brighter days, but sometimes l, the steps feel hard. I am litterally stoping myslef from feeling discuraged … fake it till you make it. Hang on, better days Will come. Gratitude is there,.but wariness also. Time Will help

  • @hollyr.1139 says:

For me, the three points are not linear. I can talk to some people about my “dark night” but not to all, and I fear talking to some who may judge. I can be patient with myself, yet some days kick myself for getting into this mess, and often resent that what happened ruins the plans I had made to do good things. Slowly, I’m thinking about other ways to accomplish the same things. It will take longer, and maybe the scope will have to be smaller, but I can’t let what happened stop me or I’ll live the rest of my life with regret instead of celebration. I don’t want the bad stuff to win; I want to defy it.

  • @yvonnesokoll8790 says:

This Video came at exactly the right time….I just lost my beloved boyfriend, he died 2 weeks ago. I could not work since then…because I am a counsellor myself., and I have to help people the whole day in my job… …and right now your words helped me very much in many ways… So thank you a lot- and a big hug back!

  • @charlottaakerhielm2024 says:

Yeah, I’ve recently been through a crazy and very painful story with a narcissist. I believe a new love can bring me back self confidence and strength, but I also believe that the bad story have to take some time, not too much, but to overcome before being able to give my hart to another man.
At the moment I’m on my way. I do things that I like, I do things to cheer me up, I make contacts with new people and with a little help from dear old friends and family I enjoy the freedom from the strain that kept me in the relation with the narcissist for so long. I listen to your videos about f e to attract males, but this video best hit me in my present situation.

  • @rezotydnic says:

Everyone has a story. Everyone has or had a battle in their life. Just be kind to yourself like you would be to a friend who is suffering.

  • @nikolweeks4082 says:

Thank you for this video!! I believe that there is a greater purpose for everything that happens in our lives, good and bad, and I’ve always tried to remind myself of that. Your video is sort of a validation of this so I thank you!!

  • @cathyschmick1857 says:

You did again, Mat….brought me to tears. Took me back to Aug 1988. I so wish I could reach out and commit to your program and I just don’t know what’s holding me back.

  • @rochelledawson1044 says:
