This is powerful. I met and dated a man that I had the most incredible connection and love with. He had some mental health and traumas which led to our parting ways. He has made some very poor choices since and reaches out every so often. I have tried so hard to stop caring about him and move forward. He hurt me and yet I still think about him and care about him. I have just been focusing on myself and bettering myself.
