Do you feel like people always lose interest in you? Is this belief chipping away at your self esteem within dating?
Then you might want to consider whether this is actually what’s happening.
Say you meet someone you like, then when you’re a few dates in they start to become flakey and inconsistent. They no longer seem excited to meet you.
Whilst you might chalk this up to “they lost interest in me, I’m not good enough” another person might think, “now I’ve got to know them better they’re definitely not someone I would choose to be in a relationship with.”
Neither narrative is more true than the other: But one squeezes your self esteem, whilst the other boosts it.
Now is your opportunity to challenge yourself to get into that more confident and positive mindset.
