Charlie Kirk famously espoused that when he questions the qualifications of black pilots when he sees one and I agree with him. When I see a woman or a black pilot in the cockpit, I question whether or not they're qualified or a DEI hire. If a Man who has gray hair is in the cockpit, I'm good.
