Is there still French culture? or any European culture for that matter. Too late folks, too late.

  • @iwatchwithnoads7480 says:

bs. you are not integrated in France if you can’t have a mistress besides your main wife/gf

  • @civilwildman says:

French dating strikes me as rather convoluted. I’d rather have a strait-laced woman who’s blunt about her feelings for me than a woman who wants to toy with me. If I wanted to be toyed with, she can play with my Transformers figures with me.

    • @hirsch4155 says:

Nah it’s not like that, French are not toying with you they just have a different sensibility in terms of romance. If you move to France it probably means you have an affinity for the culture and you’ll have no problem knowing a girls feelings for you, they are a very affectionate people in fact.

    • @Monanged says:

It’s not about toying, it’s about taking the necessary time to get to know the person and figure out if the relationship is compatible long-term, whilst not dating on the side like Americans do. It’s basically a “I like you, let’s try and see where it goes, and we don’t date around while we figure it out together”.
It can happen that you discover that you have incompatible values overtime, or different life goals that you didn’t expect, or simply that you realize it cannot work long term, then you break up before meeting someone else. To me, this is much healthier than “testing” out several options at once

    • @UrsaBella says:

@@Monanged it is still about a “relationship “ and not love. French are just like any other people in Western Europe. Most of the “values “ are recent in nature and have been eroding the culture. Relationships are about spending time with someone for a convenience…not love. It doesn’t matter whether it is done the American way or the French way. The end results are similar…people living in loveless unions.

  • @youtubewalker2160 says:

Hey Maria please make more videos like this specifically on Canada. I have met people here who are super friendly at first but when you ask them out like for a coffee, film or appreciate them for their beauty etc they show their real feelings for you by ignoring most of the time

  • @zeldamachina6305 says:

I bet, that’s why us American men are going overseas to find love, because the women of other countries still want to be women, unlike most American women.

  • @nevillec5252 says:

Dating is exclusive in France, but marriage is inclusive, apparently. Just ask most French politicians.

  • @ilhuicatlamatini says:

Maybe I missed your video on this, but I don’t fully understand the terms “high context” and “low context” for describing different countries…does high context just mean having more rules for behaviors?

    • @kevinhull7925 says:

Low context means more is spelled out verbally, while high context means a lot is nonverbal. (Japan is an example of a high context culture, Germany of a low context one.)

  • @gk-vigilant9113 says:

Nope in the centre of big town work like this in rural thesis is more romantic

  • @TheGammaEffect says:

    France is very uninteresting

  • @TheGammaEffect says:

    France is very uninteresting

    • @nico5173 says:

      U need brain that’s why.

    • @TheGammaEffect says:

@@nico5173 ok smart ppl why do you French people pr France have a failing economy even tho they literally eat off African nations. They take their resources and soccer players and still failing. Yea they are not the nation for travelers or smart people. And Paris is ghetto lol

  • @Carnage1138 says:

When did Americans stop doing exclusive relationships and start having multiple relationships at once? That must be a Northern thing. You’d get skinned alive doing that sort of thing anywhere I’ve been in the South.

    • @tasiatasia1435 says:

That’s why south american women and men are famous for cheating?

I think monogamy is dead in both Americas

Ok I just realized you probably meant the states, but whole USA is corrupted unfortunately. South has one of the highest divorce, teenage pregnancy and broken family rates, nah?

  • @iscifion7122 says:

There’s an Culture in US! 👀

  • @lisamiller7143 says:

Well they date until they find what they won’t, what fits them, not the firshed person, usa

  • @johngonzalez4298 says:

Happy Sunday, Marina ❤! France 🇫🇷 is one country that I definitely want to visit one of these days and it seems as the French dating lifestyle seems more authentic to me

  • @ruslangelaev says:

French and exclusive 😂😂😂 Shortest joke of history. Haven’t met a French guy/girl who doesn’t cheat.

  • @UrsaBella says:

“love, like any feeling, comes and goes…”…well it is NOT LOVE then. It is just a relationship, exclusive or not….something people do for the convenience….true LOVE NEVER DIES. if you have never experienced it I feel sorry for you…and many people have never experienced it and never will experience it….french or not….

  • @elissa1867 says:

Love is not a feeling like any other. You are surely talking about desire, excitement, curiosity, it comes and goes. You are missing the most beautiful thing if you think that love is a feeling like any other. ”Love one another” a primordial commandment of Jesus because love can be ordered, it can be worked. Through actions, we can generate love. We learn to love, and it takes work to love as God commanded us, it’s demanding, but it’s the most beautiful and powerful thing in the world, true love.

I just watched another travel video about dating in Lithuania. And they also lumped all of North America together. Can people stop saying america is like the negative for of the polar opposite of something positive all the time
