German-Mexican Couple: Biggest Cultural Difference

I ask a German-Mexican couple on the streets of Mexico about the biggest cultural difference between them. Are Mexicans disorganized? Are Germans too organized? Is it difficult for a German to date a Mexican?

Planning a phone call is absolutely reasonable if it isn’t for something urgent and/or just a few questions, but for a long talk. When I know that we will talking (probably for a long time) at 7pm, then I make myself free for that evening. That makes sense. Even if I’m not a german.
