      Its not much different outside. Lots of places have made it quite clear that its illegal to approach/ask women out. Gym, workplace, and even many social/hobby groups in my area are enforcing these rules after women started complaining of men hitting on them in these groups.

      Yeah there are women who complain but no where is it illegal to approach people in public in fact 80% women say they want to be approached so idk what you are on about.
