Is She REALLY Rejecting You? 🧐 #shorts

A huge issue that comes up for my coaching clients is the fear of #rejection. This fear of rejection can be so profound that it stops them taking any action in their #dating lives – whether that’s online or IRL. #shorts

But could you be interpreting “rejection” when that’s not actually what she means?!

If you’re #approaching a woman IRL her first expression when you say “hi” to her could be confusion. Just like how you may not know exactly what to say next to her, she may not know how to react. It’s actually unlikely that she’s somehow totally “got” who you are and is rejecting you.

Likewise if she doesn’t reply to your message online she’s not actually rejecting “you”. Maybe you could have improved your message or your profile. Maybe she’s not online much, is seeing someone, or forgot to respond.

Start choosing a more neutral explanation of what’s going on in your #datinglife, and start feeling more motivated to continue.
