My gosh, I’ve never heard this explained before! I think I’m in my mind so much of the time. I feel like I’m being silly if I’m romanticizing things…. That’s feminine energy?? Holy cow am I learning a lot from this video and I’m 62 years old😮😮
As a rather masculine woman I love this video and I think it holds truth. I’ve been in relationships where I was more masculine then perhaps other women but the balance didn’t feel right. I’d love to explore this feminine side in myself and enjoy the dance between a man and a woman. Being weak on purpose where I know I am in fact really strong.
I express my feminine energy by trusting in my higher power and that exudes confidence. I’m happy when I do that b
Dear Matt, when I am excessively stressed and feel abandoned, neglected, disappointed it is YOU who instil in me the required volume of energies and motivation to survive the emotional nadir.Just love and respect you Matt, for being my love and relationship coach ! 🙏👍
I love dancing to 80’s classics in the coffee house while waiting for the baristas to finish my drink. I’m a spazz and I dont care. Inevitably, someone will start dancing or singing with me. In Trader Joe’s, too.
When a man gets vulnerable, try to amplify your feminine energy to make him feel better, let him feel the connection, the trust and the beauty of being with him supporting him and listening to him without judging him, he would definitely love it!.
They say “Vulnerability is an important part of becoming a good leader or finding a new relationship.”
So if he is vulnerable…as I see it means he is open-minded or open-hearted, has an open mind to new possibilities, to new creative ideas, for his colleagues for his partner, for his company, for his wife, and for kids. He is not dismissive about stuff and he is not moody and bored.
Vulnerability doesn’t mean being weak but having the courage to be vulnerable, empathetic, grateful, and open-minded, open-hearted.
and when you are open-hearted you drive the love to you, or also creative ideas, and hobbies.
At the same time, you don’t just give empathy to others but also to yourself, your cells, and your immune system.
You actually know it, when you listen to your intuition, but sometimes television brainwashes our point of view.

Great mat
I loved this video you posted!! So happy for Sharon and her man! 💓thank you
1) stay in your heart
2) stay in the present
3) cultivate inviting energy vs. pursuing
I love getting in my garden and it helps me be in the present. Planting, weeding or setting up a trellis, I am responding to the needs of my plants and doing something loving for them.
My husband and I have five boys. I never realized how present I am till they started growing up. My sons always ask about things happening in the future as if they are actually living there and I always have to tell them that I am making lunch, helping the baby, doing the laundry, ect. and I tell them, “I do not know about these ‘future events’ I am doing ‘this present thing’. We will see when we get there.” The only time I use this and pull them into the present is when I am pressed for something and my mind cannot wander into speculations because there is too much going on right now that I need to deal with.😁
Bless your heart you’re a wonderful mother
I really enjoyed this video! It’s important to remember that every person is different and may have their own unique preferences and desires in a partner. That being said, I think it’s helpful to consider the general tendencies and characteristics that tend to attract and resonate with men. The three feminine traits you mentioned – being supportive, being nurturing, and being loving – are all fantastic qualities that can contribute to a strong and healthy relationship. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and insights on this topic!
Thank you. This is a wonderful reminder to fully connect with the heart and all the gifts and blessings that come from that.
What a wonderful video, thank-you so much! Love how you simplify things down to “mantras” that are easy for us women to remember, i.e. women are the “pause” button. The dynamic yin/yang dance between men and women can be so confusing. You are such a gift! Keep up the great work! Being in my body, and feeling how I move puts me in my feminine.
I’ve never heard feminine energy explained in this way, the active nature of pulling and inviting changes my whole perception of the way to project this energy. Wow! Thank you!
Wonderful!
I think we women in the middle east struggle more to be feminine.
Many of us live in harsh societies, we can’t afford to be receiving, soft, open, vulnerable. Because many men would consider these beautiful traits as being weak & easy to manipulate. Even men can’t show their feminine side or they would be considered as “feminine”.
The meaning of femininity is equivalent to being weak & submissive to your man. No matter how men fake it that they want feminine women & that they respect feminine women, deep down they see us second class citizens and want to control us. They have very little respect to women even their mothers.
I confident agree better
So sorry Nada. What a miserable environment to be in! That happens here too, but not in every man. It’s easier for us to get out of bad relationships and try to find a better one. Sending peace and blessings to you.
I am sure most would think women in the middle east do struggle more. Speaking of relationships as in having or being vulnerable to another woman might help to uplift a woman’s feminity as in just to vent frustration or of any topic one may struggle with, when you are not allowed to do this with a man. Praying about this also may help so women have an outlet to be their FULL self. However, I can not imagine the life in the middle east, yikes.
Just be who YOU want to be; not what you think men want you to be. All the best x
Dear Nada, I wish you could live with a men you’d be allowed to be truly and safely feminine with. Wish you all the best. Power to all feminine (and masculine) women!!!
I found meditation helps me a lot to drop from my head into my heart. Happy New Year 🥳
My Chinese neighbor taught me a qi gong practice that brings forth a wonderful energy, and the movements acknowledge the two energies are different and have subtle differences for a man to perform it vs a woman!
Love qi gong!
For me, to amplify my feminine energy I get into my body and move it. Even if it’s walking up stairs, down the street, on the dance floor, doing exercise, whatever it is. It is the energy of being present and owning it. Really feeling my body as it moves.
Love that!
What a beautiful video, thank you. Happy New Year. Here’s hoping 2023 is an amazing year! 🙏💫
