Colorism happens in a lot of communities besides the black one. The concept has always correlated with human hierarchy. The lighter skin you are the closer you were to the upper class and royalties and the dark skin you are you are closer to servants, field workers and slaves because they worked in the sun henced the darker skin
Why it just cut off
Let the black women WORLDWIDE explain to us men why skin LIGHTENING creams are so often used by them. I have always preferred dark black women. I think the rivalry started in days of slavery when the darker slave saw the lighter one being better treated by Massa. Even in Africa today a large percentage of the women use lightening creams. So sad
Skin bleaching has only enhanced due to commercial advertisements which typically show white or light skinned women as being beautiful; therefore Black dark skin women wanted to look what they saw on TV and in magazines. I do agree that Black women only make themselves more inferior by complaining about it. I think we should just love the men that love us back!

No i was not struggling to repeat Tommy’s talking points! I use my own talking points and i only brung up Tommy Sotomayor when he reference black women having hard faces. I’m still getting use to speaking on the internet. If you met me in person, i can speak alot better and clearer . I’m very capable of articulating my self very well when i speak. I’m also a very skilled debater too
