As a Hungarian I can tell from life experience that I feel like half of the Hungarians are very nice and kind and generous, and the other half are very strict with a sort of “Cop on and behave yourself” attitude.

    • @roy_for_real2674 says:

      Interesting

    • @AsifSaifuddinAuvipy says:

Part of it was under Ottoman rule and part under austro german rule. So there should be difference

    • @theuralictribes5689 says:

      @@roy_for_real2674 Yep.

    • @theuralictribes5689 says:

@@AsifSaifuddinAuvipy Well I’m a Hungarian from Slovakia (Upper Hungary which came under the Habsburg Austrian Empire while the Ottoman Empire took Modern-Day Hungary from the South.
Like the Hungarians around me in Slovakia seemed very strict, but when I went to Hungary the Hungarians there seemed much nicer and calmer and less strict.

      Enjoy it.
It feels good to have rules after traveling to London and Paris

I’m British and would love to know which countries are the most compatible with the UK dating-wise. In my past, I found communicating with Italian men very easy, French guys were pleasant and polite, the British guys didn’t really know how to pay a compliment, oddly enough XDD.

  • @LittleLulubee says:

Thanks, Marina! I always appreciate your videos 🩷🥰

  • @Anglo-Saxon_2001 says:

English people do love banter. It’s reserved for close friends and family. My friends and family mock each other 24/7 – it’s awesome. Imagine not having banter and just eating in silence 😂😂

  • @klimtkahlo says:

😂❤ loved the Portuguese reference! 🇵🇹 In all of Europe fathers tell their daughters to be weary of Italian men: the only woman they respect is their mothers 😂 JOKE!

    • @DatingBeyondBorders says:

Hehe it is something I thought about when living in Lisbon

    • @AmericanDreamer says:

what better than a joke, that’s truth sprinkled with a label “it’s a joke”! 😵😁

      😂😂😂😂

    • @klimtkahlo says:

@@AmericanDreamer The generalization is the joke! I am sure there are wonderful faithful Italian men but my father did tell me this verbatim! 😄

    • @redleeks6253 says:

@@DatingBeyondBordersPortuguese men don’t even respect their mothers.
I don’t see much of a difference between latin Europeans just that italians are better with words and are less likely to display aggression since they have higher self-esteem compared to the other southern European brothers.

Italians definitely have it easy by how much their culture has been glamorized by the media, the ladies wanna go to italy to live their pasta romance as now ladies wanna go to S.Korea to live their fantasy k-drama.

  • @robert797905 says:

Really well done video! Thanks for doing these!

Gender roles do not really exist in the younger Greek relationships. Older ones sure. But not among young ones. There is a really big mentality difference between young ( at their 20s & 30s) and old Greeks (50+). The only time it might happen is when the woman doesn’t have a job so she has to do the housework till she gets one.

  • @yunleung2631 says:

2:22: This is pretty much true across the board. Even as an Asian guy (we generally have it rougher than white or even black men when it comes to the dating) from the US, women from pretty much ACROSS THE BOARD have been more interested in me across various countries (Dutch, German, French, Nordic, Italian, etc).

Weird thing. A Romanian bar tender got into a really good talk with me and ended up telling me I looked more Japanese than Chinese. Thanks I guess? It sounds like China doesn’t have the best reputation there (we met in Paris).

Part of me wonders if this is just American women suppress their sexual desires at home since it’s frowned on. IDK. I’m not a fan of American women

As someone living in Ireland, I think the housing crisis plays a role in when people get married. There aren’t enough available homes for people, so I feel like big life goals aren’t hit until 33+. Also, Irish men really rely on their mothers, so having a really independent, mature, adventurous, and emotionally intelligent Irish partner isn’t very common. Not that it can’t happen, but it is rare until mid-30s. Plus, a lot of people emigrate to other countries until their 30’s or 40’s since opportunities aren’t high here, and IF they come back, that’s when they settle down.

  • @CineShinya says:

When it comes to Greece, it’s true we are family oriented but one reason we stay at the family house is mostly bad economy.
Also, in Athens and cities, the women aren’t that expected to do all the house-work, but it depends. Same with marriage 30+ is considered a good age for women to marry and especially our generation is shocked when people under 25 marry. We are pretty sure this will fail because it’s too early and they are most likely unstable financially. But again it depends the generation and the location as in small villages community and parents have different standards.
Cyprus is also very different in that. Everything is far earlier for them, marriage included.

  • @gardeningtipswithvicky says:

My hubby is Italian. He is the best!

  • @Farside_ says:

one possible resin why Irish people get married so late is due to the fact of cost. a typical Irish wedding can run you 30k. also the cost of living is extremely high and getting a mortgage to buy a home is also out of most peoples grasp. it could also be said that the Irish of today of marriage age have been witness to large scale divorce rates from there parents as it was heavily frowned upon just some 30 years ago. well condoms were only legalised in the 80s and divorce the same i believe. hope these answers help
