• one possible resin why Irish people get married so late is due to the fact of cost. a typical Irish wedding can run you 30k. also the cost of living is extremely high and getting a mortgage to buy a home is also out of most peoples grasp. it could also be said that the Irish of today of marriage age have been witness to large scale divorce rates from there parents as it was heavily frowned upon just some 30 years ago. well condoms were only legalised in the 80s and divorce the same i believe. hope these answers help
