As a dating coach I like to focus less on the “where” and more on the “how” this is because you can in fact meet women everywhere; it’s just right now you may not have the right social tools and confidence to do it.
You may also not feel like you have permission to meet women unless there’s a “reason” for you to be there.
If you’re a beginner at meeting women IRL you will probably find it easier to go to singles nights, networking events, and partner dance classes where there’s a “context” that people are there to meet one another. That helps to take the pressure off.
However later down the line you want to develop a set of tools so you can meet women everywhere: At the grocery store, the coffee shop, the airport… just about anywhere you go in your everyday life (and ladies the same goes for you, when it comes to meeting men.)

You can literally meet "women" in general ANYWHERE, and at almost anytime, but the REAL important question to be asking here instead would be; where can you meet truly High Quality, good looking, fit/healthy, truly single women without kids or major "ex drama", "baggage", or trauma, AND who have a really good, positive energy Spirit, good morals and overall character of being, and a really cool, fun, easy going personality... Where are THOSE kinds of women "IRL"??! (Do they even exist??)(Or am I "asking for too much"? Lol!)

I was using the apps...ugh. IRL is better. If using the apps, the book "The Dating App Confessions" by Logan Tindell had some good advice, but it is a gamble.
