Women’s Signs of Attraction: What It Means When She Looks at You

• Confident women are great, but when they do the approaching, I get thrown off, because they don't fit the typical behaviour of a woman in my mind. Women can be either too cold or too hot. Maybe because I have some of my ducks lined up but not others ? Those shy types require a lot of work, as they send mixed signals and once I recognise this, I get turned off and walk away. These women would be better off with a more experienced guy, who can show them that interacting with men is good or with women that they can learn off, probably the latter. When I see that a girl at a young age has had plastic surgery or appears that something unnatural was done to her face and as a result, appears too attractive, then that turns me off and I feel sad for them. These are exactly the same girls that guy approach, but appear very disinterested with a poker face. Maybe because they don't fit their kind of male archetype, but what ever it is, it seems that they have a very narrow range of guys that appeal to them. They don't realise that a thimble of friendliness is a lot more effective than money thrown at plastic surgery. Society understands that men don't get this dating thing and socialising, but there seems to be a growing number of women who also don't get it as well.

• Seems like probably easier to take advantage of signals of interest if in a place where people are hanging around. You could go on a walk and get like 10 possible indicators of interest, but hard to know if it's just someone being randomly nice or actually interested, and also hard to quickly try to start a conversation when passing someone while walking

• no guy will pick up on any of these signals. we're not mind readers

• Another signal I wonder about is why do some women cover their butts with the back of their hand+palm facing out, as they pass by the newsstand I normally go to?
